This amendment corrects the set-aside in PIEE and SAM.gov.. W81K0422R0011 is set-aside for 8(a) firms. This is being solicited as an 8(a) competitive. The contractor shall provide the United States Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) Headquarter capability programmatic and financial support services. These services are comprised of Financial Management and Administrative Assistance and Program Management Assistance. The Financial and Management services consists of: administration, audit capabilities, data analytics, financial management support, medical research support, and information technology (IT) support. Program Management Assistance services consists of process improvement, project management, communications, strategic planning support and education priority management (internal) and functional analysis. Services will be performed at MEDCOM Headquarters, Office of the Surgeon General (OTSG) Defense Health Headquarters and remotely.
