The contractor shall provide all parts, agent (except Halon 1211), tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to perform the listed work in a manner that will ensure serviceability and prevent deterioration in value or effectiveness. All work is to be accomplished in compliance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 10, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 29, Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA) regulations, and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The contractor shall have only competent and qualified personnel perform the work. The personnel shall be certified in accordance with state laws and regulations. The contractor shall perform the required services at a shop owned/operated by the contractor.
