This requirement is for the continued development of the Airborne Mission Networking (AbMN) system on the MC-130J aircraft. This effort requires Contractor Logistics support (CLS) which includes but not limited to repair data, expertise, capabilities, engineering services and experience to meet technical, logistical, and maintenance qualification requirements and Full Rate Production (FRP), for the AbMN.
The period of performance will be (10) Ten-year CLS contract (basic plus nine option years) and Full Rate Production (FRP) that will continue through FY32.
The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Sierra Nevada Corporation (CAGE 8X691) under authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not possess sufficient data to acquire from other than this source.
However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote(s), however, NO DATA IS AVAILABLE.
