The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking qualified and capable contractors to submit offers for a vertical platform lift replacement project at FAA's Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) located in Anchorage, Alaska.
This procurement is being set aside for a small business. The NAICS code for this project is 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors, which has a small business size standard of $19.5 Million.
Work included in project:
Remove the existing enclosed vertical platform lift and replace with a lift similar in kind that will meet current standards. Work involves adjusting wall openings and upgrading existing electrical connections, as needed, and all required tests and certifications of the system. All work to conform to the International Building Code.
