ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for P/N: S51L5000Al-S, ITL ELR CONT, QTY 7 each and P/N: S51Cl000B9-S, CCD GRAFLEX ASSY. NTSC UP (HITACHI NAVAL), and Qty 1 each. This is in support of Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Toplite Program.
The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, RAFAEL Advanced Defense Systems Ltd., ARIK BRODAI, DERECH AKKO, HAIFA 00310-2102, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1.

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-22-Q-0137 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.
