This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-22-R-0015 as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b).
3) CLIN 0001 Fire Extinguisher Servicing 1 Job
4) The following commercial service is detailed below.
4a) 7 - 150 lb. (Class BC) Buckeye wheeled units - 12 year maintenance on the dry powder and nitrogen tanks.
2 - 30 lb. (Class D) 30 lb. 12 year hydrostatic testing.
2 - Halortron yearly inspection
2 - ABC yearly inspection
1- ABC 10 lb. ABC hydrostatic testing.
b) The Requiring activity prefers that the services be conducted on site.
c) Some of the Extinguisher's Serial Numbers have been weathered off and are no longer Identifiable.
5) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with detailed pricing information. Clauses 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 within attachement 3 must be reviewed and checked.
6) 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition.
7) Quotes are due at 4:00 p.m. local (eastern) time on 31 May 2022. Quotes shall be submitted via email to brian.p.williams52.civ@army.mil.
