Description of Work:
Building 1173, Coddington Point, serves as the Dental Clinic at Naval Station Newport. Within the building is a sterile room area, where sensitive and hygienic equipment is stored. The sterile area includes a three room suite, composed of a clean room, a decontamination room, and a storage room. The scope of work under this project is to provide a dedicated HVAC system with appropriate temperature, humidity, and pressure control for each room.
