The goal of test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment (TMDE) test equipment maintenance is to ensure the equipment is fully functional, safe, and effective for its intended use. Routine maintenance and calibration services are required on an annual, semi-annual, or quarterly basis in compliance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications, ANSI (American National Standards Institute) /Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) EQ89:2015 standards, and The Joint Commission requirements. Required maintenance checks include but are not limited to performing visual inspections, test and calibration procedures, and performing electrical safety tests. The Contractor shall meet or exceed the manufactory specification requirements, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 99, and the Joint Commission Environment of Care standards (EC.02.04.01, EC.02.04.03). All services shall be National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) traceable.
Please note vendor that if you are interested you must be an authorized Datrend Systems dealer/service provider for the Phoenix Area. As listed in the Statement of Work, the Contractor must be ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certified and a Datrend Systems authorized service provider/dealer in order to fulfill the requirements listed in the SOW.
- The Contractor shall provide a Datrend Systems authorized dealer/distributor letter.
- The Contractor shall provide the active ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certification at the time of solicitation.
