The intent of this work is to deliver material to correct the existing road geometry. This is necessary to improve public safety while promoting drainage capability for FSR 1213, Bryant Creek Road, from the effects of the 2021 Alder Complex Fire. 1,200 CY of aggregate is needed for this task to accomplish it in the most effective and safe manner.
Deliver 1,200 CY of aggregate according to the Specifications section in coordination with the Beaverhead-Deerlodge road crew so the material can be spread and compacted into place. Aggregate will need to be dumped between mileposts 0 and 1.6 of FSR 1213 with the coordination of the appointed COR and the road crew supervisor. Project time is estimated to take about 2 weeks.
It is estimated that the Notice to Proceed for the project will be issued around June 6, 2022. Coordinate with the COR for specific delivery schedules and locations.
Contract shall be completed within 12 days after the Notice to Proceed issue date with coordination of delivery with the Beaverhead-Deerlodge Road Crew
Travel approximately 7 miles West from Wise River, MT on HWY 43 to just short of Dickie Bridge and turn left on FSR 1213, Bryant Creek Road.
