Modernize one (1) existing Simplex traction operation passenger elevator , provide new AC motor, solid state microprocessor controls, cab, doors and all associated work to provide a completely new passenger elevator.

Contractor are to meet in the Lobby of the Helena Post Office/Federal Building, 617 Walnut, Helena Arkansaas.
