1.0. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.
1.1. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, supervision, management, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, materials, transportation, shipping & delivery, and all other items and services necessary to perform twelve (12) year hydrostatic test on the Air Traffic Control Tower (Building 3600) Fire Suppression System for the 366th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
1.2. The Contractor shall accomplish all actions necessary to perform twelve (12) year hydrostatic test on nine (9) ECARO-25 (FE-25) clean agent cylinders as defined by the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) in compliance with NFPA 72 and 2001. ECARO-25 agent will remain in each cylinder and will be transported by contractor with agent. Contractor shall perform all required safety measures to ensure the suppression system is made safe and/or disable the firing mechanism prior to removing each cylinder. Contractor will conduct visual inspection of tank, O-rings, valves and all components for serviceability and fix identified problems to correct deficiencies. Upon completion of hydrostatic testing, Contractor will deliver and install nine (9) ECARO-25 (FE-25) cylinders and place fire suppression system back online/in-service.
