2. Incorporate changes to the Performance Work Statement.
3. Incorporate changes to Appendix 2 APPRAISAL INFORMATION.
4. To extend the solicitation due date to 08/25/2022 1700 AKST.
All changes are in red text.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This is a non-personal services contract for Appraisal Services, located within Glacier Ranger District of the Chugach National Forest:

The project consists of one appraisal report for the specified property. For the purposes of these specifications, any appraisal report will be considered as meeting the “Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice” (USPAP) requirements for an appraisal report if it has been prepared in accordance with the “Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions” (UASFLA).
