The US Forest Service, Flathead National Forest has a requirement to procure twelve (12) experienced stock mules with a positive demeanor and temperament between 2-8 years of age, minimal height of 15 hands.
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), RFQ No.: 1284LM22Q0080.
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, Effective Date: 05/01/2022.
(iv) This procurement is set aside for 100% Total Small Business. The NAICS code is 112920 - Horses and Other Equine Production and the Small Business Size Standard is $2.5 million of dollars.
