Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME seeks to identify sources capable of providing Snapstream services in accordance with attached Work Items Summary. See attachment for complete statement of work
The market research information collected resulting from this Sources Sought Notice will be used to help the Government to identify qualified sources capable of accomplishing the required work outlined in the Statement of work
This Notice should NOT be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, nor to ultimately award a contract
In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are NOT deemed offers, and CANNOT be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
Only those Responders that are able to meet the following criteria should respond to this Sources Sought Notice:
- Entity is capable of meeting ALL specifications outlined in the attached DRAFT document.
- Entity has an active CAGE Code, and current registration in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov).
- Entity does NOT appear on the Excluded Parties List
Responses should include the following information:
- Company Name and CAGE Code as reflected in its current SAM Registration, and Tax Identification Number (TIN).
- Point of Contact (POC) (name, telephone number, email address, street address)
- Business Size & Business Type
- Company’s Capabilities Statement, and related marketing materials
