This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quote (RFQ) Number is N66604-22-Q-0233.
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a
Firm Fixed Price Type purchase order for the destruction of Government delivered documents and materials in accordance with
Attachment 1 (Statement of Work), Attachment 2 (DD254), and Exhibit A (CDRLS).
Amendment #1 Extending the closing date from 23 May 2022 to 25 May 2022 at 5PM EST.
Amendment #2 Extending the closing date from 25 May 2022 to 27 May 2022 at 5PM EST.
Amendment #3 is to:
1. Extend the closing date to 7 September 2022 at 5PM EST
2. Solicit on an unrestricted basis
3. Provide a revised SOW
4. Include DD254
5. Include Exhibit A CDRL
6. Provide Q&A answers
7. Revise RFQ to clarify requirement.
Amendment #4 is to:
1. Revise CDRL
2. Revise RFQ to provide estimated amount of material required to be destroyed within 7 calendar days of award.
Amendment #5 is to:
1. extend closing date
2. Revise estimated volume of material to be picked up in first pickup.
