This Solicitation is a Request for Quote, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures, for a firm fixed priced construction purchase order.
The USDA ARS requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to construct concrete Foundations, and to erect a pre-engineered building structure (the structural steel and metal skin for the Hilco steel buildings is on site. This project shall be accomplished at the USDA Agricultural Research Service Dale Bumpers Small Farms Research Center (USDA ARS DBSFRC), 6883 South State Highway 23, Booneville, Arkansas. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings, and specifications contained in the solicitation documents.
A single organized site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, 5/17/2022 at 10am CST.
