If you wish to attend the site visit please send an email to ars-chris.johnson@usda.gov and toinette.aranda@usda.gov and with the title “12805B22R0010 Grand Forks HNRC Labs Renovation Site Visit Registration” please include the name(s) of those attending, along with company information. Contractors must be registered to attend the site visit. If Contractors are not registered they will not be permitted on the site visit.
The site visit registration deadline is 19 May 2022. Any registration request received after 19 May 2022 will not be accepted.
All questions pertaining to this solicitation must contain reference to the solicitation number and must be submitted, in writing via e-mail to both ars-chris.johnson@usda.gov and toinette.aranda@usda.gov Cutoff date for questions submission will be 2 June 2022 by 4:00pm Mountain
Price Range is between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000.
This solicitation is a total small business set aside.
Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). For those who fail to meet these requirements will not be considered for award.
This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for bid/proposal preparation costs
Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the RFP package and any amendments. All offerors shall be registered with the System for Award Management Registration per FAR Clause 52.204-7 and 52.204-8. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed, and telephone requests will not be honored.
