The Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest is publicly soliciting applications for business opportunities to provide high quality public service in the operations and maintenance of Government-owned recreation facilities. Two separate permits will be issued, each for a term of five years and each with the option for an additional five years at the sole discretion of the authorized officer(s). The term of each of the two permits will begin in January of 2023, for the recreation sites to be fully operating for the 2023 summer season. The two permits will be for:
- Georgetown Lake Complex – Pintler Ranger District (Philipsburg, MT).
- Madison Ranger District (Ennis, MT).
Interested applicants may apply for one or both permit opportunities; however, a separate, complete application package must be submitted for each permit area the applicant is applying for, as the applications will be considered individually. No combined applications will be accepted.
The Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest provides a broad range of quality recreational opportunities and experiences for visitors from around the world. The concession program represents one means of delivering recreation opportunities to the public and providing business opportunities to those interested in helping to manage a variety of recreation sites.
