Amenment 001: This Request for Offer (RFO) is to clarify the frequency schedule for this requirement as Quarterly. See Page 5 of the Revised SOW. This amendment also extends the bid due date to June 1, 2022, same time at 17:00 PST. There are no other changes to the RFO, 697DCK-22-R-00060.
This Request for Offer (RFO) is for the Elevator Repair and Maintenance at the ATCBI YAKUTAT, AK to be completed as required in the Statement of Work that is located in Section C of the attached 697DCK-22-R-00060.
This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business.
The principal North American Industry ClassificationSystem (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is:
238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors, with the size standard of $16.5 Million.
The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract with a base year plus four option years.
No SITE VISITS are scheduled at this time.

Questions and responses that clarify the RFO may be provided to all Offerors; if this information is provided to all Offerors, the source of the questions will not be identified. Responses to all questions and any necessary amendments made to the RFO will be made by 1400 Pacific Time on Monday 05/31/2022.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
EACH OFFEROR SHALL SUBMIT AS A VALID OFFER TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTES:
- Cover letter stating that no exceptions are taken to any specifications requirements or contract terms and conditions, or a detailed summary of all exceptions taken
- Signed Standard Form 33 - SOLICITATION, OFFER ,ANY AMENDMENT AND AWARD
- Part I, Section B - PRICE SCHEDULE
- Part IV, Section K- REPRESENTATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND OTHER STATEMENTS
- Congratulations 8(a) letter from the Small Business Administration (if applicable)
- Past Experience containing at least two (2) projects of similar nature with Point of Contact information for confirmation of completion of work.
Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers (06/01/2022).
Reference AMS Clause 3.3.1-33, paragraph (d), "if the offerer does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror."
