The Margaret Creek Stream Restoration project is located on Revillagigedo Island approximately 22 miles northwest of Ketchikan, Alaska in Traitors Cove between the Neets and Naha Inlets on the Ketchikan Misty Fjords Ranger District, Tongass National Forest in Southeast Alaska.
This project involves pushing over/felling and shuttling whole trees including rootwads to designated stream work sites, clearing of vegetation/alders on designated access routes, placing temporary puncheon trails from access routes to stream sites, placement of log structures to restore fish habitat, and rehabilitate roads and site cleanup.
