COMROD Inc., will provide Multi-Frequency/High Frequency (MF/HF) COMROD Antenna
Systems and accessories. These systems will enable high power, simultaneous, HF
transmissions/reception to the Warfighter and test assets in the Southern California (CA)
and Hawaii (HI) areas of operation. COMROD Inc., is the small business manufacturer
without authorized Federal resellers.
Based on the approved JNCP (Justification for Non-Competitive Procurement), which will
be posted after award, there is only one responsible source and no other supplier will
satisfy the agency requirement.

This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not
to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the

binding. The notice is not a request for quotes; however, any firm believing that they
