THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for crew work hand-pulling Eurasian watermilfoil at North Harland Lake and an optional location at Stoughton Pond, located at the North Springfield Lake project. There is a boat launch located at North Hartland Lake Recreation Area and Stoughton Pond (see maps). No snorkeling or SCUBA diving will be permitted.
