Admendment 1 - Q&A MFR has been posted to this solicitation on 10 May 2022
The Government intends to purchase two TRS-6100 (Total Refraction System TRS – 6100) as a replacement for the current system that are past their life expectancy.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation FA500022Q0062 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Only written offers will be accepted (oral offers will not be accepted. The Government intends to establish a firm fixed priced contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) IAW 52.204-7.
FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04, effective January 30, 2022, DFARS change March 18, 2022 and AFAC 2021-0726, effective July 26, 2021, all are available in full text through http://www.acquisition.gov/far/.
