The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) has a requirement to obtain professional services for the performance of Cultural Resources management functions in Delaware.
The objective of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to obtain services for cultural resources and historic preservation compliance on projects throughout Delaware.
The Government anticipates that this solicitation may result in the award of multiple, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) (BPAs), to the responsible offeror(s) whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, lowest priced technically acceptable offer. The government retains the right to issue more than one award, or no awards based on this solicitation.
