This is a non-personal services contract to provide portable latrines, hand wash stations and generators, and other related services to the United States Army Alaska (USARAK). The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the government.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Rental of Portable Latrines, Hand Wash Stations and Generators, and Other Related Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished.
The required services include rental, delivery, set-up, pumping, cleaning, maintenance, refill, restock, dismantling, pickup, and relocation of portable latrines, hand wash stations and generators. Other related services include thawing, pumping, cleaning, and size verification of latrine vaults (septic tanks). All portable latrines, hand wash stations and generators must be clean, serviceable and in complete working order at the time of delivery. Contractor shall perform the required services in accordance with the specifications in the PWS, and all local, state and federal laws and regulations.
