Amendment 1 - Change Due Dates
The due date of Contractor questions to the Contracting Officer/Contracting Specialist changed from 11 May 2022 to 5 May 2022 and the time will remain the same at 2:00 PM MDST.
The due date for submission of quotes changed from 16 May 2022 to 9 May 2022 and the time will remain the same at 2:00 PM MDST. See attached Updated Combo.

This requirement is to provide all inspection reports, DVDs of closed Circuit Television (CCTV) recordings,
labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary and required for the Minuteman
Village Sanitary Sewer Inspection project.
