Additional Requirements: 1. The building must have a loading dock and
a minimum of (1) overhead door
2. The lease will be net of janitorial services.
All other services, utilities and maintenance
is required to be provided by the lessor.
3. Normal building hours will extend from
0600 to 1800 Monday through Friday,
except for Federal holidays. The tenant will
work some weekends
4. (1) 200 SF Server Room will require 24/7
HVAC
5. The Government will post security guards
and install security cameras in their space
6. The Government will make use of existing
space to the extent possible however, it is
anticipated that the space will include both
private offices and open areas, 5
conference areas, 2 break rooms, server
room , file room, a warehouse with storage
shelving. The Government will discuss the
buildout requirements with interested parties.
7.Onsite maintenance or maintenance
provided according to a service level
agreement is required.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is not required. All services, utilities and maintenance is required, except for janitorial services. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
