This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number for this requirement is HCCA63-2022-EJH-65043 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote(RFQ)
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a fixed price purchase order for line items listed on the attached spreadsheet. If you prefer, you may create your own spreadsheet and include the line item number(s) and items, quantities, units of measure, and options, and submit pricing for all CLINs.
All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW)
It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions may be accessed via the Internet at website http://www.acquisition.gov. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-02 (May 6, 2019).
This acquisition is being conducted as a full and open competition under NAICS code 423720 with a small business size standard $38.5 M. The government plans to issue a firm fixed price purchase order to the successful offeror. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, a contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management. The proposal must include FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, with Offer or indicate if it is available online at SAM.gov.
Vendors must also submit a detailed capability statement including information about prior experience.
QUOTERS ARE ADVISED AN AWARD MAY BE MADE WITHOUT DISCUSSION OR ANY CONTACT CONCERNING THE QUOTES RECEIVED. Quoters should not assume they will be contacted, or afforded the opportunity to qualify, discuss, or revise their proposals. Therefore, the initial quote should contain the quoter's best terms from a technical and price standpoint. All quotes must include the full name, address, and DUNS number of the business to be named on the purchase order as well as the full name, phone number, and email address of the person who can accept the final purchase order.
After evaluation of all quotes, the government intends to award to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer
