COMBO- SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercially prepared request in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The offerors shall submit all information in the attached soliciation.
This is a request for a retrofitting of an exsisting Tymko 600 Street Sweeper with a glycol recovery unit as detailed below:.

The Contractor is being requested to take and deliver a fully functional retrofitted TYMKO 600 with a glycol recovery system. The contractor shall mount, install, and run all components and electrical to deliver a fully functional glycol recovery system. The contractor shall be a certified Tymko installer. All labor, equipment, tools and materials must meet Tymko’s standards and specifications. The vehicle will be driven or towed to the contractor's shop/working station by the requiring base and therefore must be within a 10 mile radius of 2000 Spruance Drive, New Castle, Delaware, 19720. Contractors beyond this radius will be responsible for the towing of the vehicle from the base once the request may begin and the return of the retrofitted vehicle to the base once the task has been completed.
