HVAC Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, and supplies required to perform services. All HVAC procedures and treatments shall be accomplished in accordance with the manufacturer's directions and/or listed specifications and industry standards applicable to the Heating, Ventilation and Cooling Industry. Work to be performed by a certified Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Specialist licensed in the state of the contract award 4 times per year.
