The information from this market research will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research. The Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St Paul District (USACE) is planning a 2022 construction project at the Lake Ashtabula Mel Rieman Recreation Area, 2630 114th Ave SE, Valley City, ND 58072. This project requires a Contractor to provide all the necessary parts, labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and facilities necessary to furnish and install a 5,000-gallon septic holding tank with a wireless high-water-level alarm. The Government anticipates that the Contractor will also be required to cap/plug and abandon some existing waste pipe; however, does not anticipate that abandonment of the existing septic holding tank will be the Contractor’s responsibility.
