This Request for Offer (RFO) is for the Grounds Maintenance Services at the ANC ATCT, Port Woronzof ANCB RTR, and ASR-11 in Anchorage, AK to be completed as required in the Statement of Work that is located in Section C of the attached RFO# - 697DCK-22-R-00014.
This acquisition is set-aside for 8(a)
The principal North American Industry ClassificationSystem (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is: 561730
Landscaping Services, with the Size standard in $8 Million.
The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract with a Base year plus four Option Years.
No SITE VISITS are scheduled at this time.

EACH OFFEROR SHALL SUBMIT AS A VALID OFFER TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTES:
- Cover letter stating that no exceptions are taken to any specifications requirements or contract terms and conditions, or a detailed summary of all exceptions taken
- Signed Standard Form 33 - SOLICITATION, OFFER ,ANY AMENDMENT AND AWARD
- Part I, Section B - PRICE SCHEDULE
- Part IV, Section K - REPRESENTATIONS, NDAA , CERTIFICATIONS AND OTHER STATEMENTS
- Congratulations 8(a) letter from the Small Business Administration (if applicable)
- Past Experience containing at least two (2) projects of similar nature with Point of Contact information for confirmation of completion of work.
- Completed the Contractor Staffing Access Questionnaire.
Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers (04/19/2022). Reference AMS Clause 3.3.1-33, paragraph (d), “if the offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror.”
