This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted for the Power Services Group for a siting assessment and feasibility study (cost/risk/benefit) of a commercial submarine and/or overland power cable and any associated electrical systems to supply electrical poewr to bot the FAA's Battleship Iand and Coghlan Island facilities in Alaska.
