This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation ; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) This is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) No.1240LP22Q0046.
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) No.: 2022-02.
(iv) This procurement is set aside for 100% Total Small Business. The NAICS code is 336999 All Other Transportation Equipment Manufacturing and the Small Business Size Standard for number of employees is 1,000.

(vi) Description: The Forest Service seeks to procure one (1) UTV and trade-in one (1) UTV.
(vii) 90 days delivery; FOB: Fall Ranger District, 1801 Hwy 18 Bypass, Hot Springs, SD 57747. Forest Service will pick up UTV if offeror is located within 100 miles of the Ranger District and/or if dealer will accept trade-in vehicle.
(viii) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
(ix) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation factors are Technical Capability and Price.
(x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer .
