Deadline for quotes as been extended by 10 calendar days. Quotes will now be due by April 10, 2022 by 4:00 pm MT. based on the following combined synopsis requirements.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140R6022Q0023 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 335313 with an associated small business size standard of 1,250 employees.
The required supplies must meet the following parameters as outlined in this combined synopsis/solicitation to be considered technically acceptable.

In accordance with the procedures in FAR Part 12 and 13, RFQ 140R6022Q0023 is available for viewing through electronic commerce via Reclamations website at https://beta.sam.gov/
The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation and is the lowest price and technically acceptable. To be considered technically acceptable manufacturer specifications submitted must prove that it is equal to the Solicitation requirements and MUST be included with the quote.
Quotes are due Thursday, March 31, 2022, by 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Contractors submit quotes by e-mail to awhetham@usbr.gov.
