This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with
the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this
notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested
and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) This solicitation is issued as an RFQ (Request for Quotation).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect
through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04.
(iv) This procurement is set aside for SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code is 561720 and the
Small Business Size Standard is $19.5M.
(vi) Description of Requirement (including a list of any attachments)
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure
that custodial services are performed at Government offices located at Stevensville Ranger District,
Stevensville, Montana, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a
clean, neat and professional appearance. The Contractor’s workforce shall perform all services
associated with general custodial cleaning duties listed in the technical requirements.
The contractor shall be responsible for the orderliness and cleanliness of all areas. All areas shall
be kept clean, neat and free of fire and safety hazards or unsanitary conditions.
This work is being solicited as a performance-based service contract for the term of one base
year plus four option years. Performance based means the Contractor is responsible for an end
product. If an end product is not provided in compliance with the contract specifications, an
adjustment to the payment will be made.
