The U.S General Services Administration has the need to acquire fuel supply and delivery services at federally owned buildings and land ports of entry throughout Maine (as listed in the solicitation documents)
“Fuel” refers to the following: #2 fuel oil, low sulfur off road diesel, winter blend, and propane for heating and emergency generator use.
The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment (except otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective supply and delivery of propane/fuel oil.
The procurement method will be in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13.5- Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The resulting solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The primary NAICS code is 454310 with a size standard of 100 employees.
