This Request for Offer (RFO) is for Janitorial Services at Various FAA Facilities in Southwest Bethel in Alaska to be completed as required in the Statement of Work that is located in Section C of the attached 697DCK-22-R-00185
This acquisition is set-aside for an 8(a).
The principal North American Industry ClassificationSystem (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is:
561720 ( Janitorial Services), with the size standard of $19.5 Million.
The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract with a base year plus four option years.
No SITE VISITS are scheduled at this time.
Questions or comments pertaining to this RFO must be submitted in written form via email to Angela Furukawa , Contracting Officer at Angela.Furukawa@faa.gov no later than 1400 Pacific Time on Thursday, 04/07/2022. Questions and responses that clarify the RFO may be provided to all Offerors; if this information is provided to all Offerors, the source of the questions will not be identified. Responses to all questions and any necessary amendments made to the RFO will be made by 1400 Pacific Time on Thursday 03/23/2022.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
EACH OFFEROR SHALL SUBMIT AS A VALID OFFER TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTES:
- Cover letter stating that no exceptions are taken to any specifications requirements or contract terms and conditions, or a detailed summary of all exceptions taken
- Signed Standard Form 33 - SOLICITATION, OFFER ,ANY AMENDMENT AND AWARD
- Part I, Section B - PRICE SCHEDULE
- Part IV, Section K - REPRESENTATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND OTHER STATEMENTS
- Congratulations 8(a) letter from the Small Business Administration (if applicable)
- Past Experience containing at least two (2) projects of similar nature with Point of Contact information for confirmation of completion of work.
Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers (04/07/2022). Reference AMS Clause 3.3.1-33, paragraph (d), “if the offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror.”
