The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 333999 with an associated small business size standard of 500 employees.

The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation and is the lowest price and technically acceptable.
