This acquisition will be a Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code is 611512 and the Size Standard is $30M.
In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and DFARS 252.204-7004, Alternate A, System for Award Management (SAM), the contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at https://www.sam.gov.
This requirement is for Aircrew and Maintenance Training Multiple Award IDIQ. Services required will include conducting commercial training for aircrew and maintainers as required by the United States Government (USG) and various international customers. Training shall be based on standard commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) configured airframes. The estimated duration of the Aircrew and Maintenance Training IDIQ is not to exceed a 10-Year Program Life Cycle. The estimated program ceiling is $194M.5 over a 10-Year Program Life Cycle.
A preproposal conference will be held via Zoom 10 business days, 16 March 2022, after release of proposal. Submit a “Request to Attend” NLT than one day before for conference information to Lori A. Robarge and Scott Springer (See POC info for contact information)
