2) Extend solicitation response due date and time to Monday 28, March 2022, 2:00 PM AKST.
Please Note: Within the Questions and Answers attachment included within Amendment 0001, Notice of a subsequent opportunity for sampling will be held Tuesday, 22 March 2022 at 10:00 AM AKST. To attend, please provide notice of attendance to Jazmine McWilliams, at jazmine.mcwilliams@us.af.mil by no later than Monday, 21 March 2022 by 2:00 PM AKST.

Demolition of building 7250 on JBER, Alaska, is to include all labor, materials, and equipment, necessary to complete the work for the demolition, removal of building 7250 in accordance with the PWS, and provided specifications and drawings. This building is eligible for the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) and demolition requires consultation with the Alaska State Historic Preservation Office, National Park Service, and US Advisory Council on Historic Preservation. All work must be accomplished IAW the Performance Work Statement for Project Number: FXSB 21-1047
An organized site visit has been scheduled for-
Location: Building 7250, 12th Street, JBER- Elmendorf
Date: Wednesday, 9 March, 2022
Time: 9:00 AM - 9:50 AM
At the time of the site visit, sampling of the site is allowed but not required. Hardhats are recommended for anyone who wishes to enter the building. Masks are required if attending the site visit as a base requirement.
Contractors requiring access to any area on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) shall comply with installation COVID-19 policies, mandates, and the current revision of the DoD Force Health Protection Guidance (FHPG) Supplement 23. These policies and mandates frequently change. COVID-19 policies and mandates are found at https://www.jber.jb.mil/Coronavirus/ for JBER COVID-19 Policy Memo and https://www.defense.gov/News/Publications/ for FHPG Supplement 23. Failure to comply with the guidelines or restrictions may result in suspended access to JBER or debarment.
