All costs associated with attending the site visit shall be borne by the offerors. Prospective offerors are urged to attend the site visit. If a contractor is unable to attend, there will be no future site visits scheduled. Persons requiring a base pass, provide name on the I.D. (last name, first name, MI) of persons attending to katrina.peace.1@us.af.mil NLT 12:00 PM AKST 01 March 2022 to request clearance for base access.

Provide repairs for Bldg. 5800 on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. Project consists of repair/patching, painting to match various interior walls and floor surfaces, as well as repairing and replacing damaged ceiling grids/tiles/accessories and other related damage. The Contractor shall furnish all design, plant, labor, equipment, supplies, materials, appliances, transportation and perform all work (including work of an incidental nature), in strict accordance with the Statement of Work and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract.
