Construct a Fuel System Maintenance Dock using conventional design and construction methods. Construction will include the construction of a steel framed structure, concrete slab and foundation system, masonry block exterior walls, and standing seam metal roof. The project will include all necessary utilities, site improvements, pavements, communications support
infrastructure, and all necessary supporting work for a complete and usable facility. As applicable, demolition includes Dock 80/Building 7244 (2,842 SM), the existing apron pavements (1,424 SM), sidewalks, and removing utilities to the nearest valve, manhole, or structure. The project will be designed as permanent construction in accordance with Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria 1-200-01. This project will comply with DoD antiterrorism/ force protection requirements per Unified Facilities Criteria 4-010-01.
