The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) requires a Contractor to provide all Management, Supervision, Labor, Material, Parts and
Equipment necessary for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor, materials, equipment, and services and perform and complete all work for the construction of Restroom, Storage Structure, and Wind Walls at the Fargo National Cemetery, as required by the attached drawings and specifications. The work will be performed at Fargo National Cemetery, 8709 40th Ave. N, County Road 20, Harwood, ND 58042.
Work shall consist of construction of a New Restroom/Storage Combined Structure, and Wind Walls as per the attached plans and specifications. Work shall include, but will not be limited to, demolition, site preparation, erosion control, excavation, backfilling, grading, foundations, footing, irrigation, landscaping, storm drainage, utilities, road pavement, curbs, and certain other items and specific tasks as further defined by the attached drawings and specifications.
Work shall include full compliance with all the related specifications requirements, including, but not limited to, the Contractor providing all requirements necessary permit(s). All work required to achieve these results shall be at the contractor's expense and there shall be no additional costs to the Government.
