Amendment 01 - Q &A Update and Volumes Information Confirmation Request:
Question 1. In our attempt to prepare our response to the solicitation, we did not see any questions or responses to questions being posted in SAM.gov. We would like to know if there is a way to access the response to questions?
Government Response. No responses have been previously posted. The Government did not receive any questions for the RFQ. (Questions were due on 25 Feb 22)
Question 2. If Volume 5 Clauses and Provisions can be satisfied with an acknowledgment to all the Clauses and Provisions?
Government Response. An acknowledgement to Volume 5 is unacceptable because Volume 5 contains two (2) provisions that require contractor input. Specifically, FAR 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment and FAR 52.209-7, Information Regarding Responsibility Matters.
Question 3. Is a cover page and a table of content considered part of the page limitations in each volume?
Government Response. Yes, it is recommended (but not required) that the cover page and a table of contents be part of Volume 1 – Administrative, as less information is required in this volume.
