673 ABW/SEG has a requirement for a motorcycle training non-personal services contract which provides Basic Rider’s Course (BRC/BRCu), Basic Rider’s Course 2 (BRC2/BRC2u), and Advanced Rider’s Course (ARC/ARCu) at Joint Base Elmendorf- Richardson (JBER), Alaska. The training will follow Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF), Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 6055.04 and Air Force Instruction (AFI) 91-207 and AR 385-10 guidelines. The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials (instructional and non-instructional), supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Motorcycle Safety Training as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified in paragraph 2.6. as Government or student furnished property and/or services.
This will be Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order with one year base period from 1 Mar 22 to 28 Feb 23 and two one-year option periods from 1 Mar 23 to 28 Feb 25, IWA 52.217-9 and 52.217-8.
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) closes at 8:00 AM Alaska Standard Time on 01 March 2022. All quotes for this solicitation shall be submitted via email to robin.cole-barden.1@us.af.mil, george.strand@us.af.mil, and 673CONS.LGCB.Services@us.af.mil.
