Synopsis: CONSTRUCTION Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC)
The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond.
All work will be in accordance with individual task order requirements, specifications and drawings provided with each project or master specifications. Prospective contractors must be able to respond within 120 minutes (2 hours) of the 119th Wing Air National Guard, Fargo North Dakota in response to emergencies via the main office or a staffed satellite office. The government anticipates award of a minimum of two (2) with a maximum of eight (8) individual MATOC contracts, providing sufficient qualified contractors present offers.
These anticipated contracts will consist of a five year ordering period. Task Orders will range from $2000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The total of individual task orders placed against this contract shall not exceed $20,000,000.00 to any one contractor. All interested contractors will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 21 Feb 2022. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form (see attached) and (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract.
In the event Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
