The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the completion of upgrades to toilet rooms and new shower room to meet ADA standards for the ATCT/TRACON at T.F. Green Aiport in Warwick, Rhode Island.

This SIR/RFP is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition
Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements.
All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR.
A site visit is scheduled for February 14th, 2022. You will have the option between in-person and virtual. To attend the site visit please submit your name, company, and contact information to Erin Crabtree at erin.m.crabtree@faa.gov no later than end of day on February 10th, 2022.

Questions are due no later than February 16th, 2022 at 1700 CST.
Proposals are due no later than February 25, 2022 at 1700 EST. Any proposal received after 1700 EST on
February 25, 2022 will be considered non-responsive and deemed ineligible for award.
To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the System
for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov.
To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal that is in accordance with Section L and Section M
of this SIR.
