Provide 75,000 Vexar Mesh Tubes, 4" in diameter and 18" in Length, and 75,000 Wood Stakes, 30" to 32" in Length and 3/8" in diameter. No substitution is allowed. Tubes and Stakes are to provide protection and support to Ponderosa Pine tree saplings, 6" to 12" tall, to be manually planted in areas previously burned over in forest fires. Total cost is to include shipping, handling, and freight to TePee Work Center, 16 Miles West of Custer, South Dakota, on Highway 16. Delivery is required to be during the week of March 21st, 2022, and no later than March 25th, 2022.
