General Requirements:
The contractor shall provide all labor, material and resources required in accordance with this Statement of Work to tear down and dispose of existing furniture in Room 2D831 and deliver/install new Government furnished systems/modular furniture. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, services and incidentals. No alterations, additions, or deletions shall be made unless by prior approval of the Government Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) or the Contract Officer’s Representative. Work shall be completed in a neat, substantial and competent manner.
1. Logistics: Pick-up and delivery of all furniture supporting the U.S. Pentagon furnishings project.
a. Furniture Pick-up/Delivery: Contractor shall pick-up and deliver all furniture supporting the Pentagon furnishings project.
• Pick-up Location – USSTRATCOM Bldg. 73 Logistics Facility, Offutt AFB, NE 68113.

• Delivery Location – United States Pentagon – Room 2D831. The contractor shall establish an off-campus staging area where furniture can be temporarily maintained/stored until customer site is ready for full installation. The objective is for the
contractor to work closely with both Pentagon and USSTRATCOM staff to ensure security protocols are followed and furniture is delivered and installed on the same day or sequence of days.
2. Tear Down/Disposition of Existing Furniture
a. Furniture Tear-down. The Contractor is responsible for disassembly, removal, and disposal of all existing Government systems furniture currently installed in Room 2D831. The Government may designate certain items to be returned to Offutt AFB for future use; however – given the age of existing furniture – the assumption is that most items will be permanently disposed of.
3. Installation of Government Furnished Systems Furnishings
a. Contractor Staging Area – Government Furnished Furniture. As a matter of convenience and installation efficiency, the Government may or may not provide temporary on-site storage –– however for the purpose of this contract, the Contractor must plan to provide temporary storage. Operational dynamics at the Pentagon are continually changing which can affect on-site storage options. As reflected in subparagraph 1 above, the Contractor shall establish an off-campus staging area where Government furnished furniture items can be staged and made ready for efficient installation. The Contractor is responsible for safety and security of all Government furniture and related components (while in possession of the Contractor) – from the time it is picked up at Offutt AFB, NE to the time it is fully installed and accepted in Room 2D831, U.S. Pentagon.
b. Contractor Qualifications: Contractor shall be skilled/experienced with installation of modular systems furniture – preferably Allsteel Terrace brand modular furniture. The contractor shall also be familiar withinstallation and assembly of Darran executive furniture.
